Succinic Acid other names 1,4-Butandioic Acid; Butandioic acid; E363; is a white, odorless solid with a highly acidic taste. It is a multi-functional, flavor enhancer and food ingredient. It can be used as an intermediate for dyes, perfumes, lacquers, photographic chemicals, alkyd resins, plasticizers, metal treatment chemicals, and coatings.
